Scarfo's Meating Place is an outstanding family business. Picking up awards for their sausage making recipes at the 2003 and 2004 West Australian Royal Show they were back in the limelight in 2005 with a new recipe and taking out the title of 'Chilli Sausage King'. 2008 again saw the emergence of a new sausage and another 'King' Title.
Tony is the Head Butcher and runs a staff of 10 whilst Joe (Dad) has his hands full keeping the specialty counter stocked with his fabulous ready-to-go products. The counter is always brimming with fresh, plump and juicy produce. Call in and check it out for yourself |
